INJECTABLES ARE NOT A FACELIFT.
I’m seeing far too much misleading content online suggesting that filler, skin boosters or other injectable treatments can somehow “lift” a sagging face.
They can’t.
Injectables can restore lost volume, improve skin quality, soften lines and rebalance facial proportions and when used correctly, they can achieve beautiful results.
But they do not remove or reposition loose skin and deeper tissues.
If you want a true, significant lift of the face, that is what facelift surgery is designed to achieve.
And repeatedly adding filler in an attempt to “lift” a face can sometimes leave it looking heavier rather than younger.
As practitioners, our job shouldn’t be to sell a syringe at every opportunity. It should be to understand the limitations of what we offer and be honest when a treatment simply isn’t going to deliver what a client wants.
Sometimes I will tell you that injectables aren’t the answer.
I might lose a treatment that day but I’d much rather keep your trust.

From the archives… This was me last year, having a rant about another practitioner claiming she could lift the face with polynucleotides. If you want the honest truth about aesthetic treatments, without the exaggerated claims, follow my page. On a side note the side of my mouth is a lot better since I’ve done mono threads and some dermal filler there 👀

Can a skincare balm really add volume to your face? Medicube says it can… but plumper-looking skin isn’t the same as replacing lost volume. Here’s my honest take
BBC footage this was taken from TikTok it’s also on BBC instagram. How weird seeing myself on TV what a great experience thank you
Listen to me in my red apron 😂 Stop wasting money on every new “must-have” skincare product just because someone online says it’s amazing.
Good skincare doesn’t need to be complicated or ridiculously expensive. For most people, the proven basics are best:
Evening: a gentle oil cleanser, tretinoin and a rich, hydrating moisturiser.
Morning: moisturiser and broad-spectrum SPF 50 every single day.
Your oil cleanser doesn’t need to cost a fortune; it’s being washed down the sink. Spend wisely, stay consistent and stop buying into the hype. Simple products that genuinely work will always beat an overcrowded bathroom cabinet.

Throwback Lip restoration following injury
Following a facial and lip injury, this client was left with unevenness and a loss of natural definition.
Using carefully placed hyaluronic acid filler, I worked to restore symmetry, rebuild the lip border and create a softer, more balanced shape.
This wasn’t about making the lips bigger it was about thoughtful correction and helping the lip look like itself again.
Results shown immediately after treatment, so some swelling is present. Individual results may vary.
Skin boosters aren’t about the instant before & after. They’re about how your skin looks YEARS from now.
Think of them as a long-term investment in your skin. By improving hydration, skin quality and supporting collagen and elastin, we’re not trying to change how you look we’re helping your skin age better and more slowly.
You might not walk out looking dramatically different after one treatment. That’s the point.
Good skin isn’t a quick fix. It’s something you invest in consistently.
Don’t wait for the signs of ageing to appear before you start treating them.
