This client was an A* client, doing all the 'right' things at home, her foundations were very much in place but after navigating a stressful season of life her body needed some extra TLC

I know first hand how much power a breakout can have on your mood and self-confidence. The cancelling plans, the mirror checking every half an hour in the hope the spots disappeared, the not being able to look people in the eye when you're speaking to them, the using the Paris filter or just not posting the photo
My biggest tips in overcoming this is to flood your instagram with REAL accounts, not the filtered fake s**t but real raw people that make you feel better about yourself not worse. Popping on a bit of concealer isn't admitting defeat if it makes you feel better. And honestly, fake it till you make it applies here.

Your wedding make up can only look as good as the skin underneath it 🤍
Please remember that your skin is the foundation your foundation sits on top of
Think about how make up would sit on a grape vs sandpaper 🫠
As you lot know, I left it ridiculously late to get a grip on my skin before my big day and it caused me nothing but stress and anxiety. Not ideal given my acne is largely driven by stress LOL 🫠
I know how easy it is to leave your skin until the last minute whilst prioritising literally everything else...
But if you’re struggling with concerns like acne, rosacea, scarring or texture, these things take time to heal properly
Your wedding skin prep shouldn’t be a panic-fuelled facial 2 weeks before the big day 🫠🫠🫠
The best results come from consistency, a proper plan and giving your skin enough time to respond.
My rough guide for brides:
✨ Acne/Rosacea → minimum 6 months
✨ Scarring/Texture/Pigmentation → 4–6 months
✨ General glow + hydration → 1–3 months
Your goal shouldn’t be “perfect” skin
It should be healthy skin that makes you feel confident, comfortable and like the best version of you on your wedding day 🤍

Little bit of story time 🎙️
Lily actually reached out to me back in 2024, but the timing couldn’t have been worse - I’d just gone on maternity leave
Fast forward to August 2025, we had a call over IG DM and I just knew we was meant to work together 🙌🏻
After her travels to Oz at the end of 2025, she officially started my acne programme in January and WOW. The way her body and skin have responded to her protocols has been incredible.
We’ve made so much progress that we’ve already been able to start treating her post acne marks before even finishing the programme 🙌
