It's been a hard decision but...

Due to change of family circumstances, we have decided to put the salon up for sale.

Lian Beauty Parlour is a successful fully functioning multi purpose salon.
It comprises of two beauty/therapist rooms; nail station, two hairdresser stations and hair wash sink. A room currently used as kitchen, a storage room, could be utilised better.

The salon offers lots of opportunities either working as a beauty therapist or to manage and rent out the spaces.

Based on Newland Avenue, with its own clientèle and private car park.

You will be committing to the lease of the building, with all fittings and fixtures included in the sale.

The salon is available for immediate sale.
