It’s that time of year when we all come down with the dreaded lurgy. This is my take for what helps. I hope you find it useful.
I take a shot of this every morning just to keep inflammation at bay and the bugs too.
Sounds weird but I take 1 tsp in hot lemon when the kids go back to school to add an extra defence in. So easy to do as well.
