I have been doing Katie’s hair for 6 years! 😮
She decided she wanted to break up her solid blonde, add some softness and create a more natural, lived in colour without losing her blonde!

We added beautiful soft beige lowlights and highlights with a subtle root to create dimension, depth and a much softer grow out, whilst still keeping that gorgeous lightness around her face 🤍

The aim was to move away from that bright, solid blonde while keeping plenty of brightness and blonde throughout and I think we nailed it! 😍

My client wanted to move away from being so blonde but wasn’t ready to fully commit to going dark, so instead of adding any more blonde, we took a completely different approach…

Low lights only. 🤎

By weaving in deeper, natural tones throughout the blonde, we’ve softened the overall colour, added depth and dimension and brought her closer to a more natural looking brunette without losing all of those gorgeous lighter pieces.

The result? A softer, richer, more lived in colour that will be so much lower maintenance while still giving her that beautiful multi tonal finish. ✨

Sometimes you don’t need to completely change the colour you just need to add back what’s missing. 🤎

After plenty of sunshine and holidays, my client’s blonde had become much lighter than she wanted and had lost some of its natural dimension.

Today, we focused on adding soft lowlights throughout the hair to break up the blonde, restore depth and create a more expensive looking, lived in finish.

To complete the look, we finished with a beautiful beige toner, leaving the blonde soft, glossy and perfectly balanced not too warm, not too cool.
