Hey everyone, Kimberley here.

It is with regret that my time here at Setting Standards is coming to an end. My last day in the salon is Saturday 15th May. Still have a few weeks to see as many of you as I can before I leave.
This has been the hardest thing I’v ever had to think about but I feel like it’s the right time for a new challenge and a change in career.

To all my lovely customers... You have all been amazing and absolutely loved getting to know you all over the years. People I will never ever forget.

Lastly, I’d like to thank Sharon and Marlie for giving me the best 9 years working with them. We’ve laughed and cried and pulled each other through hard times. I love you both and I honestly don’t know what I’d do without you. Friends for life.

I will look forward to seeing you in my last few weeks at the salon. But I’m sure I’ll still see you all out and about.

This is the news that we have been waiting for.
WE ARE REOPENING:
We hope you, your family and friends are safe and well. We are pleased to let you know that we will be open for business again on the 4th of July.
MAKING AN APPOINTMENT:
To help with with social distancing, please phone us on 01482 705533 (Landline) or 07900 951941 (Mobile) to make an appointment (Don’t come into the salon to book) After the 4th of July please just use the landline for all appointments. Please bear with us as we try to get everyone booked in. We will also be operating a cancellation and waiting list.
EXTRA HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES WE ARE TAKING:
We advise everybody to please bring in your own mask if possible.
On arrival, you will be asked to wash your hands with soap and water or hand sanitiser. We will provide these facilities to ensure your safety.
Our team is following strict hygiene guidelines and we ask you to do the same - please place any used paper and tissues straight in the bin after use. After coughing or sneezing please wash your hands again.
Sadly there will be no magazines or newspapers to share between clients and we are unable to offer drinks. Please bring as little as possible unless completely necessary.
Team members will be sanitising all work stations and door handles regularly. We will also clean our hands between each clients and appointments.We are unable to offer any bathroom facilities to customers.
Unless you are definitely purchasing an item we ask you not to touch any of our retail products. Please pay with a card (preferably contactless) where possible instead of cash.
Thank you for your cooperation, we understand that this is a strange time for everyone so feel free to take any further precautions to ensure your safety. We appreciate your support during this time and we look forward to seeing you soon.

Salon Closure!
I have had to make the hard but very necessary decision to close the Salon until further notice. I have made this decision to protect all of our clients, staff and families.
