This little lady was 5 weeks old when she came into the studio for her newborn session.

I usually photograph newborn babies within their first two weeks, as this is when they tend to be sleepier and more settled for those little curled-up newborn poses. At 5 weeks old, we never quite know how a session will go, so everything is led by baby and what they are comfortable with.

Luckily, this little one decided to have a lovely sleep for me, which meant I was able to capture a few beautiful wrapped photographs like this. A little older than my usual newborns, but still absolutely gorgeous and a lovely reminder that every baby is different.
