Morning girls, this isn’t something I wanted nor expected to be doing but now feels like the right time so here goes.

Very few of my regular clients are aware how much my mental health has deteriorated throughout this pregnancy which is something I was so frightened about and wanted to avoid as best I possibly good which has unfortunately been inevitable.

I’m very open and honest over how much I’m genuinely struggling but only towards certain people.

Im 34 weeks pregnant and due to go on maternity leave in two weeks, from today I will no longer be taking on any more clients due to the deterioration in my mental health.

I can’t help but feel like I’m letting every single one of you down but, in order to repair myself and be the best mum I can be I know this is the best step for me to take.

All appointments that are already booked will still be going ahead but unfortunately I will be taking no new bookings.

If anybody is looking for a new lash tech, please message me because I can send recommendations your way!

Afternoon ladies,

It’s not often I come on here and be completely open and transparent with you all but it’s about time I showed my vulnerable side and really gave an insight into what’s been going on.

As I’m sure you’re all aware by now, we’re currently in the middle of a cost of living crisis, prices for everything has absolutely sky rocketed leaving us small businesses in turmoil and certainly myself, wondering how my business that I’ve worked so hard for 6 years for, is going to survive.

I go above and beyond for my clients, I book people in at times I should be dedicating to my family, I work extra for people, I can never say no to anybody and this unfortunately doesn’t always work in my favour when people book appointments and don’t turn up and ignore messages.

As you’re all aware I do have a strict policy in place for deposits and no shows and will unfortunately have to start being more firm with this if it means protecting myself.

I love my business and I wholeheartedly love my job, the last thing I ever imagined was starting a business and years later having drowning thoughts of giving it up as it’s becoming difficult to provide for my family and pay the bills.

I’m sorry for the long post and if you got this far, I massively appreciate you taking your time to read, I hope to continue being able to give you your beauty treatments for years to come with your continued support. Thank you 🩷

1st Photo - INDIVIDUAL LASHES
Individual lashes are perfect for enhancing and lengthening your own natural lashes. These are applied on a 1-1 basis, 1 lash extensions to 1 natural lash.

2nd Photo - HYBRID LASHES
Hybrid lashes are a combination of individual lashes and handmade Russian fans. 50% individual lashes and 50% Russian fans creating a textured look.

3rd Photo - RUSSIAN LASHES
Russian lashes are lightweight, handmade fans which create a fluffy, dense, fuller looking lash. These are specifically for the clients who want to achieve a more dramatic, voluminous look.
