Meet Caroline Stafford, the founder of SKINBOOST and a trusted Aesthetic Nurse Prescriber with over 15 years of experience in advanced non-surgical treatments for the face. Known for her calm, professional approach and artistic eye, Caroline is passionate about delivering safe, refined treatments that enhance natural features with precision, balance and attention to detail.

Her approach is centred on treating the face and skin holistically. Rather than focusing on one treatment alone, Caroline carefully considers skin quality, facial structure, movement and overall harmony to create bespoke treatment plans that restore, rejuvenate and enhance in a natural and balanced way. She is passionate about helping patients look fresher, feel more confident and feel at ease in their own skin, often combining aesthetic and regenerative treatments to support both immediate results and long-term skin quality.

With extensive experience across a wide portfolio of dermal fillers, Caroline is known for her strategic and delicate use of dermal fillers to restore support, soften fine lines around the upper lip, rejuvenate the under-eye area and enhance facial harmony, always with a natural-looking result in mind. Alongside this, she is equally passionate about skin-focused and rejuvenating treatments that work in harmony with injectable treatments, ensuring results are balanced, refreshed and never overdone.

Committed to clinical excellence, Caroline continually researches new developments in aesthetics and carefully selects treatments that are evidence-based, effective and aligned with her philosophy of natural results. As a Merz Aesthetics Faculty Member, she is also involved in education and the sharing of clinical knowledge, reflecting her dedication to maintaining the highest standards within the profession.

What sets Caroline apart is her ability to combine medical expertise, aesthetic judgement and a genuine understanding of what suits each individual. Every treatment journey is tailored with care and professionalism, with a focus on natural balance, individuality and long-term skin health.

PROFHILO STRUCTURA… so, is it a filler?

Not really, and that’s one of the reasons we like it.

Traditional dermal fillers have their place. They can be brilliant for replacing lost volume, creating support and improving facial contours when that’s what the face needs.

But not every change we see with ageing is simply about volume.

As we age, changes happen at multiple levels — including the skin, fat, muscle and bone. Significant weight loss can also affect the deeper fat compartments of the face.

So rather than asking “what can we fill?” we ask “what has actually changed, and why?”

Structura offers us another approach.

Developed by IBSA, Structura has been specifically developed to support and restore facial adipose (fat) tissue, making it a useful option when changes within the deeper facial tissues are contributing to a more hollow or less supported appearance.

And that doesn’t mean it’s the right treatment for everyone.

Sometimes the answer is filler.
Sometimes it’s a biostimulator.
Sometimes we need to focus on skin quality.
And sometimes Structura is the right option.

That’s why individual assessment matters.

We’re also delighted to see Structura recognised as Injectable Product of the Year at the 2026 Aesthetics Awards.

For us, though, the award isn’t the reason we use it.

A recent peer-reviewed international study, published in the Aesthetic Surgery Journal Open Forum (April 2026), surveyed more than 15,000 adults across 15 countries to better understand why people choose aesthetic treatments.

Its findings resonated with us.

Most people weren’t looking to become someone different. They wanted their outward appearance to better reflect how they feel inside, with natural-looking results remaining the overwhelming preference.

This reflects the philosophy that has always guided SKINBOOST.

Our consultations are never simply about treating lines or restoring volume. They’re about listening, understanding your goals, discussing realistic expectations and recommending only treatments that are genuinely appropriate. Sometimes that means treatment, and sometimes it means honest advice that no treatment is needed.

We believe our patients deserve care informed by both clinical experience and the latest evidence, and we’re committed to continually reviewing new research as it emerges.
