To help appointments run smoothly and to protect the time set aside for every client, I've updated my cancellation policy.

I completely understand that life happens and sometimes unexpected situations arise that simply can't be avoided.

If you ever need to reschedule, please get in touch as soon as possible and I'll always do my best to help where I can. 🤍

As a small business, every appointment is incredibly important. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows mean I often can't fill that appointment, which has a direct impact on my income and my business.

Thank you so much for your understanding, support, and for respecting my time. Your loyalty means the world to me, and I truly appreciate each and every one of you. 🖤
