After 27 years in the beauty industry, I’ve learned that creating a memorable client experience isn’t always about the big things. It’s often the little details that make all the difference.

When my clients finish their treatment, I offer them a herbal tea to take away. And I choose seasonal cups to go with it.

An autumnal cup just now and when the time is right, I’ll switch to something Christmassy. 🎄

It’s a tiny detail. It doesn’t cost a fortune. It doesn’t take hours to organise.

But it shows thought. It adds to the experience. And it’s one more little thing that makes a visit to Drift feel different.

Your clients might forget the little things you do, but they’ll remember how you made them feel.

So, if you’re a beauty therapist, have a think about the little details you could add to your client journey.

You don’t need to spend more money or completely change what you do.
