Peak Physique & Bodywork

Ken how I’m always doing something and never actually take any time off.

I’m doing wee tattoo flash. I left tattooing when I was 19 because life got in the way and I needed to have a stable job to get over bad patch. That bad patch lasted too bloody long haha. I’ve been back in the game practicing and doing PMU for over a year now.

Drop me a message to get in on the founders rates for allowing me to permanently mark your skin. From Dec it will be full price of £60 per flash (no bigger than 7cm x7cm)

Fully licenced, insured and the banter is great 🙂

Known clients or direct referrals only 🫶🏻

Well it’s a little sooner than I thought it would be but there are some changes I need to make in my business.

Now please keep in mind this has nothing to do with also having an incredible coffee shop operating at full tilt and everything to do with protecting my own health and peace.

After a very perplexing situation today with a brand new client where I was made to feel horrendous for having to keep to a schedule and wasn’t able to offer a time extension due to them being late to arrive for their appointment, I will no longer be seeing new, not known to me or non-referrals.

I have poured myself and my physical body into this job over the last 10 years. I have sacrificed my body in the betterment of others. I haven’t had a holiday since 2021, haven’t had a week off where I haven’t had to reply to messages, emails or texts.

I’m broken…. I am physically in pain every single day and to then be emotionally stripped by a stranger before I’ve barely even said a word is the straw that broke the camels back. I didn’t invent time and nor do I own a Time Machine 🤷🏼‍♀️

I am more than happy to book in clients who I already see, have already treated or who have been referred in by a client but to the rest of the world, I’m sorry but you missed the boat.

Those of you who are on memberships we will sort out an alternative method over the coming weeks 🫶🏻

I adore what I do and this is a step I need to take in order to keep that love intact and not push myself to a point where I start to resent it or feel like it’s a chore.

To my clients who have stood by me and treated me with such respect and love, I cherish you all! You’ve honestly made this career the greatest I’ve ever had and I’d like to keep it that way.

I’ll slowly be changing the booking system on Fresha and go to WhatsApp bookings only. This way I can keep track of everyone and you can refer people by number. You send me their number and I’ll text them to book them in 🩷

Here’s a picture of me incredibly hungover after Metallica about to head home in my pyjamas because I’m just a normal person who’s trying to have a happy life 🤓

Fully booked this week 😍🎉

I feel soo blessed this week to have all businesses running at full tilt and not feeling harassed or stressed.

The team at the coffee shop are absolutely amazing and I only really go there to hang out 🤣

I need to stop it tho because my leggings are getting tighter and the stock needs sold and not eaten by me 🤣

Right, back to normality a bit.

Appointments are all up and bookable, Thank you for bearing with me while I got the coffee shop open and running.

Days are still the same Thursday, Friday, Sunday and every second Monday.

You’re all wonderful and I’ve missed you all 🤩

Please note folks. Availability this week is super limited because the coffee shop opens on Saturday and I’ll never feel ready until it’s up and going.

Between migraines and poor sleep I’ve become a zombie so I’ve booked myself time off work just to be able to breath out occasionally and maybe enjoy a hot meal 🤓

This wee guy stopped by for a massage.

You should too!
