Update about my booking system
I wanted to write a quick post about my new booking system as I think a few people are confused with how it works.
Nothing change's for my clients. The new booking app is just for my purpose to make things easier at my end. All you need to do is message my business page on Facebook, what's app me or phone 07703723337 to make your appointment. The only difference being you will receive a message when an appointment is made and a reminder 24 hours before your appointment. Making your next appointment is advised when leaving the salon to avoid any disappointment. I hope that explains things better.

Hi All, just a quick one!!!
It's only 3 more sleeps till we head off to Disneyland Paris 🥳✈️❤️🥰 so exciting.
I just wanted to jump on and say that I won't be answering any messages regarding appointments etc while I'm away 💓. I hope you all understand. I'll get back to any enquiries on Monday the 27th of February.

Morning all 😄 I hope everyone is well!
I'll try and keep this post as simple as possible 😅
From Monday next week I will have a new booking system in place. I will be using an app called Fresha. I will be doing all my own bookings and phonecalls just so it makes things easier for me to control. The great thing about the new system is that when you make an appointment you will be messaged your new appointment information and then you will get a reminder 24 hours before the appointment too.
I'm in the process of getting everything changed over so if I already have your number and you get a message from Fresha it's just me putting things into the system.
The only thing I ask is if you would like to make an appointment please either phone me on 07703723337, message my business page ZR Hairology messenger or whatsapp. I'm hoping to keep my personal page free from people asking for appointments as they get lost quickly on there and it's hard to keep up with. If I don't answer my phone please leave me a message and I'll call you back as soon as I can. Thank you 😄😄
Also Out of courtesy I wanted to let as many of my clients know that from Monday the 6th of February I will be increasing my prices slightly! I've put this off as long as I could but unfortunately I've had to do it now.

After being off poorly for the last couple of days i have lots of messages and appointments to sort through. I am working my way through them today and tomorrow when I get a chance in-between clients. I'll get back to everyone as quickly as I can to rearrange appointments I had to cancel.
