While many clients notice improvements after their first treatment, I generally recommend a course of 3–4 treatments for the best, longer-lasting results.

Over the past week I’ve had a number of last-minute cancellations. I completely understand that plans can change, but as a small business these cancellations have a significant impact. Appointment times are reserved especially for you, and in some cases products have already been purchased specifically for your treatment.

Many of you will know I already have a deposit policy in place. I’ve tried to be flexible recently, particularly when fitting clients into appointments that became available through cancellations, but unfortunately I can no longer do this.

Going forward, all appointments will require a booking deposit at the time of booking. Deposits will be deducted from the cost of your treatment but are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or for missed appointments.

Any pens ordered specifically for your treatment must be paid for in full before they are ordered. Once ordered, these payments are non-refundable.

One thing I’ve realised since I started talking more about longevity…

People often think it’s about living to 100.

For me, it isn’t.

It’s about how you live the years you’ve got.

I don’t want to just get older… I want to stay healthy enough to enjoy my family, keep doing the job I love, get out for walks, have holidays and still have the energy to say “yes” to life.

The little things matter.

Getting up without every joint complaining. 😂

Having enough energy at the end of the day to do something other than collapse on the sofa.

Feeling strong.

Sleeping well.

Keeping your independence.

That’s what healthy ageing means to me.
