Between being off with the flu and then being away with Mum’s dog Bear who is having surgery, I’ve had to move quite a few appointments around — and everyone has been so kind about it. I really do appreciate it! ❤️

Life happens and things come up, and that’s exactly why we don’t charge for cancellations — because we’ve all been there 🤍
