We’re looking for someone who:

💛 Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience working on a busy salon floor.

💛 Is passionate about delivering an outstanding client experience.
💛 Is excited to keep learning and developing their skills.

At Sorella, we invest heavily in training. So whilst we’re looking for someone who is already confident in the fundamentals, we’ll teach you the Sorella way and help you develop specialist skills such as balayage, advanced consultations and everything that’s made our salon known for exceptional colour work.

✨ WE’RE HIRING: APPRENTICE HAIRDRESSER ✨

We’re looking for one more apprentice to join our team at Sorella.

You’ll start with us as soon as possible, before officially beginning your apprenticeship in October. We are proud to work in partnership with Achievement Training & Skills (ATS), who deliver apprenticeship training from our premises.

⚠️ This role is only open to someone who is starting their apprenticeship from scratch. Unfortunately, we can’t accept applicants who are transferring from another apprenticeship provider.

This opportunity is perfect for someone who is genuinely passionate about the hair industry and knows they want to become a hairdresser.

✨ WE’RE HIRING: FRONT OF HOUSE / SALON SUPERVISOR ✨

We’re looking for a friendly, organised + proactive person to join the Sorella team. 💛

We’re open to either one full-time person or two part-time people, depending on the right applicants and their availability.

For someone with previous management or supervisory experience, there may also be an opportunity to take on a more senior Salon Supervisor role, with additional responsibility for supporting and overseeing our apprentices.

This isn’t just a receptionist position. You’ll be at the heart of the salon - looking after clients, supporting the team and helping everything run smoothly.

The role includes:
✨ Welcoming and looking after clients
✨ Managing appointments, calls, messages and emails
✨ Taking payments and cashing up
✨ Unlocking and locking the salon
✨ Washing hair, sweeping and helping keep the salon presentable
✨ Supporting the team and getting stuck in wherever needed

We’re looking for someone who:
💛 Has experience in a busy customer-facing role
💛 Is warm, confident and professional
💛 Is organised and calm under pressure
💛 Takes pride in high standards
💛 Is proactive, reliable and responsible

Previous management or supervisory experience is essential for the Salon Supervisor opportunity.

The role may include Saturdays and some Tuesday or Thursday evenings.
