*Salon Update*

Firstly, We Cannot wait to see you all again but there are some clear guidelines which have been put in place by the government & Harrogate Borough council to make sure your visit is as safe and comfortable as possible for you.
When arriving at the salon for your hair appointment please make sure you follow these guidelines to help us keep everyone as safe as possible.

Unfortunately we will not have a waiting area anymore so When you arrive at the salon for your appointment please wait outside or in your car until you are told it is safe for you to come in.

When you enter the salon please use the hand sanitiser provided.

Please adhere to the social distancing rules that have been put in place by the government which by the time we open will hopefully be 1 meter plus.

Please come to your appointment alone unless otherwise agreed with staff.

Clients are not expected to wear masks, however, if you feel more comfortable with bringing one you are encouraged to do so. We will have ear loop style masks for you if you need one. We will also be using disposable Gowns, disposable towels and rubber gloves to ensure your safety.

We will not be able to provide drinks or magazines at the salon so Please feel free to bring your own.

Please arrive on time for your appointment, we have to allow for sanitising each styling section after each client. As we are trying to accommodate as many clients as possible safely, this means that anybody who is more than 10 minutes late will unfortunately have to reschedule their appointment.

Thank you for your patience while we have been arranging appointments.
We are all desperately trying to contact everybody and trying to accommodate you as soon as possible. If you are still looking for an appointment please message us and we will do our best to fit you in when we can. We also cannot at this time do the usual walk in fringe trims that we have always provided as it will be strictly appointment only so we can control the numbers in the salon.

Finally, there will be an increase in our prices on all Services from the 4th July.
This price increase is necessary in order to keep up with inflation and the increase on overheads year on year.
As you may be aware as a valued client, our prices have not increased since 2017 as I always try to provide clients with the best service at the most reasonable and affordabble cost.

I/We greatly appreciate your business, loyalty, and support and hope you understand the need to implement this increase in price.

Hello to all of my lovely clients!

I wanted to set up this page as we are (fingers crossed!) getting closer to the day we can reopen to you all and get you booked in for that long awaited post-lockdown cut. I can’t wait to get my hands on your locks to get you looking shipshape again! It looks like we are on target to re-open on the 4th July, so I will be opening the diary over the next few days to take bookings.

Thank you all for your ongoing and unfaltering support, I'm really looking forward to getting back in and hearing about how life has been for you over the last few challenging weeks. I have genuinely missed you all, thanks for your well wishes.
