This means that before treatment can be carried out, you must have a consultation with a qualified prescriber who assesses your medical history, suitability for treatment, and discusses any potential risks or contraindications.

As a Registered Nurse, I work alongside a Nurse Prescriber to ensure all treatments are provided safely, ethically, and in line with current regulations. Your safety and wellbeing will always be our priority.

When a client doesn’t attend their appointment or cancels at the last minute, it’s more than just an empty slot in the day.

Behind every appointment is preparation, planning, and dedicated time that cannot always be filled at short notice. A no-show means lost income for a small business, wasted clinic time, and a missed opportunity for another client who may have been waiting for that appointment.

As a small business owner, I don’t have the backing of a large company. Each appointment contributes directly to the running of the clinic, ongoing training, supplies, insurance, and providing the highest standard of care to my clients.

I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen, and I will always do my best to be understanding. However, giving as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange makes a huge difference and is greatly appreciated.
