Please be patient everyone I haven’t had chance to go to the salon yet to arrange appointments.... I will be getting through everyone over the weekend. Once we have all of our cancelled clients booked in we will then open the phone lines to new bookings... if you didn’t have an appointment booked in and would like us to contact you please leave us a voicemail on 01565650281.

Now we’ve have been given the all clear for the 4th July... A reminder we will be contacting you to make an appointment. We only think its fair we contact the clients, who were first cancelled from the 23rd of March onwards, but don’t worry we will do everything we can to get through our guest list.
Please be patient and we will get to you when we can.
There will be changes in the salon so it is safe for us aswell as you, with us working in such close proximity to you these are some of the changes.
We will please ask you to arrive on time for your appointment not early and not late..
Please do not come to the salon to make an appointment.. once again we will contact you!
Please come to your appointment alone this also means at the this time we will not be cutting children’s hair. They are not priority at this time. Once we have got every one booked in we then will be open to children this is more likely to be August.
Please bring your own mask otherwise you will be charged for one.
When making a booking we will be asking for deposits.. you must let us know at least 48hours before your appointment if you need to cancel. Therefore you’re deposit will be transferred to your next appointment. Deposits will be none refundable if not given 48hours notice.
If you feel unwell or have a temperature please do not come to the salon.
Unfortunately we will not be offering out drinks or magazines but please you can bring your own.
We also will not be offering blowdrys at the time... as it means we can get through our appointments quicker and germs will not be spread all over the salon. (This will be reviewed where possible)
We will be extending appointment times so we have enough time to clean down all sections in between clients. Everything will be washed and sterilised for each guest.
Some pricing also may have increased as you can imagine guests have bigger roots and longer hair, so not only will it take up more time it will also take up more product.
