BUILDER GEL ADVICE FOR THOSE ASKING 😁

Every 2–3 weeks is ideal for most people. Here’s a quick guide:

2 weeks — if your nails grow fast or you want to maintain a neat look with minimal lifting.

3 weeks — the sweet spot for most people. Growth is visible but manageable, and the product is still intact.

4 weeks max — pushing it. By this point there’s usually noticeable lifting, which can trap moisture and lead to bacterial or fungal issues.

The main signs it’s time to redo them: visible regrowth gap, lifting at the cuticle or edges, or any cracking/chipping of the gel.
