Five things I stopped doing to build a business that actually works for me 🙌🏻

None of them involved a new marketing strategy, a viral reel or some secret business hack.

They were mostly about boundaries, confidence and finally realising that I was allowed to build my business around the life I actually wanted.

When I first started, I thought being a successful nail tech meant saying yes to everything, taking every booking, working more hours and keeping everyone happy.

Now?

I care a lot less about being liked and a lot more about being respected.

I’m selective about who I work with.
I protect my time.
I have boundaries.
I know what I want my business to feel like.
And I’m no longer afraid to make decisions that might not make sense to everyone else.

Turns out, building a business that works for you looks very different once you stop building it for everyone else 🫶🏼
