I have some new faces on here, so thought I’d reintroduce myself!

I’m Sophie, I am the face behind SophST! I graduated from the University of Central Lancashire in 2021 with a BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy 👩🏼‍🎓

I’m lucky to have a job that doesn’t feel like work and is SO rewarding! I love making people feel their best, refreshed and see them returning back to what they love!
