🩵💙As a salon, last minute cancellations or missed appointments have a significant impact on both our self employed stylists and our employed team members.

When a booking is cancelled without enough notice, it leaves a time slot that's often impossible to refill, which results in loss of income for the stylists and a reduced availability for other clients who might be waiting.

To help us continue providing the best service possible, we kindly ask that you give us at-least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. This gives us the chance to offer the appointment to someone else and ensures our wonderful team can manage their schedules effectively.

Charges may apply if the correct notice isn't given.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support- your consideration makes a big difference to our small business and the people who work hard to look after you.
