I think it’s about time I introduce myself on here because I always neglect my page and I’m hoping to gain some new lovely clients!

If you don’t know me, I’m Liv, a 28 year old nail tech/artist based in Lancaster, a small city in the North West of England… hopefully the algorithm has done a good job and some of you reading this live close by and are in need of a new nail tech 😉

I run my salon from my home, it’s a very small space but it’s so cosy; it’s definitely my favourite room in my home (partly because it’s the only ‘finished’ room). I love working from home because I’ve got 2 doggies and 6 cats that need lots of attention between clients.

One big thing that’s happened this year is, I became a wife. I’m now Mrs Maj, I’m very lucky my husband took my name so not much has changed for me hehe. Harvey and I have been together for 9 years now, so getting married was just a formality really but it was truly the best day of our lives so far 💍👰🏻‍♀️🤵🏼‍♂️

I’ve been a nail tech now for 4 years, which is so crazy to me, it’s gone so bloody fast. I’ve done a lot in these past 4 years, including collaborating with brands, gaining 50k followers on social media, I’ve tried my hand at podcasting, content creating, YouTube videos and every time, I’ve come back to realising I actually just love painting nails. Some may see the things I’ve tried and not succeed at as failures but I truly believe we learn from everything we do in this life and every experience has taught me something 🙏🏼

I’m so grateful to have this job, that most of the time doesn’t feel like work. Doing something creative to earn a living really is very special and through all the different endeavours I’ve tried over the years I have always reminded myself that all I want is to be sat quite literally hand in hand with my clients 💅🏼
