Fantastic little hottub comfortable 2 seater. Idea for first hottub, holiday let market or upgrading from a inflatable spa. Cheap to run and great value for money. This particular tub was bought as a second hand tub. Very durable tubs and are plug and play.

Before covid and having to adapt to become a hottub company and where the love of working with water all started was doing special effects for TV, film and theatre. I'm going to post some past projects I've been involved in.

This one is a stage production of 'Let The Right One In'
After doing the show in London and Ireland with great success the show travelled to Korea where I met some fantastic people in 2017.

Full inspection and service

Pump out and faults identified. Unfortunately plastic parts only have a certain life span.
Even though the hottub had an e4 thermal trip error code which would normally point to heater or thermostat. Which would have been an easy swop. And is what the park maintenance suspected was the fault. Even the trouble shooting section in the service manual pointed to the heater.
However many years of experience came into play and we weren't convinced it was the heater, so we advised our customer to let us investigate the issue and not just replace the heater, therefore saving quite alot of money in the process.

Hottub keeps coming up with an e4 error code ever couple of days.
This tub is a holiday let and guests were in, so time to do the inspection and isolate the issue is tight.
Being able to have a fast response with minimum impact on people's holidays is key. In some cases as was the case last night we was on site within half an hour, outside of normal office times. We arrived at 6.30pm and the tub was all up and running by 7.30 ready for guests to enjoy that evening.
Change over days in holiday let's are when one guest vacates the property and then it's made ready for new guests to arrive. Its usually 10am the property it empty and everything ready for 3pm, so we have a 5 hour window of opportunity to fix the issue, depending on if parts need to be ordered or if I carry them in stock.
