Last night I had a really bad throbbing headache, so I thought I would try out the heat lotion. I rubbed it into my temples and about 5minutes later my throbbing headache had gone. Amazing!!! 😁

I have been drinking the aloe gel for three days now, I suffer from IBS and is said to manage stomach related problems.i have noticed I have not been as bloated in these three days. I have eaten foods that would set it off such as pasta and rice and do not get the stomach cramps i would usually get.I am yet to have fatty food which is a big trigger for me so i will let you know when I have had a greasy chippy or bacon butty 😀 xx
