Whether it’s ongoing Back, Neck or Shoulder issues? Plantar Fasciitis? Migraines? Leg tightness?
Knee issues? Hip niggles? Sciatica? Fibromyalgia? The list goes on …but these are a few conditions and issues I can help with.
I was a Fitness Instructor and understand a lot about the body, health and fitness. Advise a little too on what exercises you can do to help.
I have availability left on Friday and Saturday, if you would like to book.
