Self-doubt is bloody tough, isn’t it?

Our industry can be a lovely place but a lonely one too. That’s been a huge factor in me going full time into mentoring, because I hated knowing techs felt alone with nobody to ask for help when it came to pricing, business, boundaries and business growth.

And truly, last Tuesday it became really clear that this is exactly where I’m meant to be.

I was in my element!
