Hello...its been a while 💗

All my amazing clients have supported my crazy antics once again and continue to do so for this I am so incredibly greatful for each and everyone of you 💗

I set myself a couple of pretty big challenges...the first was on the 23rd July a triathlon called Castle to coast which took me on an epic journey from Windsor down to Brighton 🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️

For me to take the challenges on I needed to train properly which on most days meant 4 lots of exercise on top of work and home life, which is why I've not been around on here for a few months!

Hope everyone is well and after the next event in September I'll hopefully be around a bit more 😉
