Straight back into the rat race.. but with a new spring in my step. There is nothing that makes u feel more powerful than pushing your body mentally and physically through Tough endurance challenges where you succeed with pure grit, determination, inner strength and just the will to keep going. I couldn’t have done it without such an incredible group of women and the random humour. I had the best weekend and am so proud of myself xx

8 years ago I conquered the 3 peaks...today I am on my way back to Scotland to tackle Ben Nevis again and I am so excited for the challenge 🙌❤️

Not a day goes by where I don't think of the beautiful women who I was so lucky to have called my Nanny Light & Nanny Molly.

Both received vital, compassionate and incredible care from St Barnabas House hospice in their final days & I can never show my gratitude enough for how this service supported my family & I too.

Therefore, I am doing another challenge to raise much needed funds for such an incredibly cause and I would appreciate it so much if you could sponsor me even just £1. I will be walking 25k on Saturday starting at 8pm & finishing approximate 1am.

For every £1 sponsored I will send you a number..I will then pull 2x numbers from a hat for the winner to receive a full body massage and 2nd place will receive a 45 minute back, neck & shoulder massage ✌

Not only would you be helping a worthy local charity but you may also give yourself the gift of relaxation.

The sun didn’t play ball, but hearing the waves ebb & flow was deeply relaxing while hosting massage, reflexology & pedicures for 6 lovely ladies.
Pamper parties can be tailored specifically to your needs. They can include one treatment per person, 2, 3..even 4 treatments dependant on the size of the group. Pamper parties are suitable for 3+ people. Weekends also available.

What a day 🙌🏼
Today I managed to do nearly every service I offer all in one day.
A wonderfully relaxing pregnancy massage, eyelash lift & tint, Indian head massage, couples massage, 30,45,60 & 90 minute massages & due to the beautiful weather I even done a massage in a clients garden soaking up that Vitamin D ☀️
Thank you as always for the recommendations & to my amazing clients for supporting Namaste Massage & Beauty Therapies. I truly love what I do & I’m grateful everyday, even if I do need to now soak my arms in an ice bath 😂 Namaste 🙏

Another week, Another pamper party. This time in beautiful Arundel for a 50th birthday celebration 🎉

We offer many packages to suit your groups expectations/choice. Each event can be tailored specifically to You with pamper packages covering a small group of 4 up to 15+
Other treatment options are available as we often collaborate with other self employed therapists who provide alternative therapies too.

Pamper parties can be at home or we travel within the Sussex area to attend air bnb hires, rural areas and corporate events too so please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

The pain of loosing someone you love so much eases over time BUT the ability to give back & help other families that have to go through the same thing brings comfort and makes me a very proud supporter of St Barnabas House

This critical service has helped my family hugely providing such incredible care for both Nanny Light & Nanny Molly.

Juli, Cara, Joanna, Katy, Jasper, Liana, Reggie, Maleena & I will be walking (carrying 😂) 20k on Sunday June 26th starting at 4am to see the sun rise across Worthing pier. The event will hopefully raise thousands of pounds on the day for such a worthwhile cause but if you are able to please sponsor us Greenfields we would be most appreciative & the great grandchildren are very excited to see how many pennies we can raise as we have bribed them with the promise of sweets at 4am to keep their little legs moving.
