Beach Chi Kung & Sauna Session

Please join BE Bright Energy and Sea Side Sauna for a relaxing and beginner-friendly Friday beach Chi Kung (Qigong) and therapeutic sauna experience designed to help you unwind, recharge, and prepare for the weekend ahead.
The session includes 45 minutes of gentle Chi Kung practice, followed by 1 hour enjoying the beach sauna and optional sea dip.
Chi Kung is a gentle and accessible practice that combines movement, breath, and focused awareness to support balance, energy, and wellbeing. Suitable for complete beginners as well as those with previous experience.
Come and enjoy the restorative combination of movement, warmth, sea air, and relaxation in a welcoming beach setting.

What an amazing Sunrise Soltice event today , it couldn’t have been any better , perfect sunrise , calm sea , no wind ang glorious weather . We chanted while the sun was rising , followed by a sauna , sea dips and an amazing Sound Bath with Hayley Jarvis 😄🔥🙏☀️🏖️🤩🤙thank you everyone for coming 🙏🙏
