Over 5 years ago I graduated as a Paediatric Nurse and went straight into Neonatal Nursing looking after premature and sick babies. Fast forward to 2021, I started my journey in Aesthetic Medicine and began my training as an aesthetic nurse practitioner.

Over the past 3+ years, I have gained lots of experience through working in a busy city centre clinic carrying out injectable treatments whilst gaining further training from other healthcare professionals including nurses, doctors and dentists.

At the beginning of 2023, I took the leap to go self-employed and began practicing in Larbert Aesthetic Clinic, working alongside an amazing nurse Jennifer who has mountains of knowledge and experience in aesthetic medicine. As well as this, I continued to do various shifts in the NICU 👶🏼

Throughout my career as an aesthetic nurse, I have completed various training courses which are all certified and recognised, ensuring I am delivering the safest and most up to date techniques on my patients.

In October 2023, I began my studies in the non-medical prescribing course which I proudly achieved in spring of this year. This means I am a fully independent nurse prescriber in my specialised field.

Going into aesthetic nursing definitely wasn’t an easy option. But throughout my journey of learning and gaining new skills I have definitely found my niche and couldn’t be happier 💉🩵
