This was my clients first skincare appointment with myself, we spoke about products, skin concerns and what treatments I would recommend going forward to help improve skin quality. We have now sorted out a perfect treatment plan for future appointments.

I’ve officially completed my MASCED Skin Cancer & Melanoma Early Detection course with SKCIN!

The course teaches beauty professionals how to spot possible early signs of skin cancer, recognise changes in moles and skin, and know when to advise someone to get it checked by a medical professional. It also covers sun safety and the importance of looking after your skin ☀️

Especially with spray tanning, I get to see areas of my clients’ skin that they might not always notice themselves, so I think it’s really important to know what to look out for, including changes in moles or any unusual marks.

I’m not qualified to diagnose anything, but if I ever notice anything that looks unusual or concerning, I’d always recommend getting it checked by a doctor just to be safe
