Our priority is to create a welcoming, safe and comfortable environment for every client while ensuring that each appointment receives the time, care and attention it deserves.

📅 Appointment Reminder Service

We understand that life can be busy, and occasionally appointment dates or times can be forgotten or confused it happens to all of us!

To help our clients manage their appointments more easily, we are introducing an appointment reminder service. Clients who would like to receive a reminder one day before their appointment are welcome to request this from a member of our team, and we will arrange it for you.

⏰ Late Arrivals

We kindly ask all clients to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. If a client arrives significantly late, we may need to reschedule the appointment rather than rush the service, as doing so could affect the experience and appointment time of the next client.

We believe every client deserves our full attention and the highest standard of care.

👨‍👩‍👧 Clients Under 16

For the safety and protection of our younger clients, anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who will be required to complete and sign a parental consent form before any service can be provided.

🍔 Food, Smoking & Va**ng

To maintain a clean, comfortable and pleasant salon environment for everyone, we kindly ask clients:

• Please do not bring or consume hot food inside the salon.
• Smoking and va**ng are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the premises.

We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain the high standards of our salon.

💅 Nail Repairs & Nail Health

Please note that we do not repair or infill nail enhancements originally applied by another salon.

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, we are also unable to provide nail services to clients showing signs of nail infections, fungal infections or other conditions that may pose a health or hygiene risk. We may recommend seeking appropriate professional medical advice before booking a future appointment.

💳 Payment Policy

Where necessary, our team reserves the right to request full or partial payment in advance before providing a service or confirming an appointment.

This policy helps us protect appointment availability and maintain a fair and reliable booking system for all clients.
