So what is body contouring I may hear you ask? Body contouring is a range of procedures, that are designed to reshape and improve the appearance of the body e.g. the stomach, bottom, arms or thighs. It’s mainly used for melting away stubborn fat that doesn’t disappear with diet and exercise but can also be used for tightening the skin after aging or during and after weight loss.
