😔😔😔Dieting doesn't work for me. So every few months I try to make some healthy habits, that I can carry forward.

🤧🤧🤧🤧This morning I'm in bed ill and I saw on the news that by the end of this year 3.4 million people in the UK will be diagnosed with cancer.

🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯That is so depressing!!! So I decided to do a little research and I found the graphic below, reading through this and many more like it, it was apparent to me that no one is talking about the toxic chemicals we are told to use in our homes or that are put into our food!!! And that's where we really need to focus our attention!

😞😞😞5 years ago I made the decision to leave chemicals outside my home and I never felt better. I noticed such a difference in my health, however, over the last few months I've slipped back into some old ways, and I've felt sick the whole time for one reason or another.
