A little honest moment ✨

This weekend filled my heart right up. Dancing in the kitchen, silly games, endless giggles with my little one. Pure magic. ✨

But this evening my body has hit the brakes.
Living with fibromyalgia, CSS and PTSD means even the happiest days can leave me overstimulated and running on empty.

I’m not sharing this for sympathy, just a reminder that you never know what someone is moving through behind the scenes. Even when things look fine, it can feel like trying to walk with your feet set in concrete.

So if you see me at A Question of Skin this week a little softer, a little quieter, I’m still here giving my all… just honouring what my body needs too. 🤍
