Can clients please double check the days and times of their appointments and if you can no longer make it, please let us know as soon as possible.
We are getting too many people not turning up and at such a busy time of year, we can not afford to be losing time and money on appointments that someone else could have taken.
We understand that sometimes things do pop up meaning you can’t make your appointment but we would always rather know so that we can try to accommodate you elsewhere.
