SPF is important. You can get this in make up products, skincare, and even in some oils. Make the most of it. However, if sun damage is something you've got symptoms of, let me know as I can help you there.

Water. Boring advice but it really helps give that glow and speeds up healing. Flushing out any toxins in the body is a sure way of getting optimal results.
