A night to remember at The Lakes Bar & Kitchen.

On Saturday, we welcomed Jean Delport to The Lakes by Yoo for an intimate evening of seasonal cooking and lakeside dining.

The menu brought together hand-dived scallop, salt-aged cod, Ryeland hogget and a beautifully considered dessert course, each dish reflecting Jean’s nature-led approach and distinctive style.

A huge thank you to Jean and his team, and to everyone who joined us around the table.
