Balance didn’t start with a huge budget, a perfect clinic or loads of clients.

It actually started as evieelenasbeauty, just before I turned 21.

I was working, learning, building my client base and trying to figure out what I wanted my career to look like. Over the years came more qualifications, different salons, COVID, pregnancy, motherhood, an ADHD diagnosis at the start of this year… and Balance.

I started looking at the clinic while Rudy was still in NICU after being born 7 weeks early. I got the keys when he was around 7 weeks old and opened when he was about 10 weeks. Looking back, it was probably slightly crazy, but I was so determined to make it work.

Balance started with hardly any money, barely any clients and a lot of figuring things out as I went.

And honestly, getting diagnosed with ADHD has also helped me understand myself so much more the way my brain works, why I’ve always had a million ideas at once and probably why I’ve always had this constant need to keep learning, creating and pushing things forward.

And now I get to work alongside an amazing little team, treat so many lovely clients and keep growing something I genuinely care so much about.

My biggest passion is skin and regenerative aesthetics, but more than anything I care about how people feel when they come through our door. I know how important it is to feel listened to, understood and properly cared for, and that’s something I’ve always wanted Balance to be known for.

I never want anyone to feel like they’re just another appointment in the diary. Whether you’re coming in for your skin, aesthetics, beauty, massage or simply an hour to yourself, I want you to feel comfortable, supported and like we’ve genuinely listened to what you want.

There is still SO much I want to do with Balance. I want to grow it bigger and better, keep progressing my own knowledge and hopefully move into teaching one day too, because helping others in the industry is something I’ve always naturally loved.
