Happy International Nurses Day 👩🏼⚕️✨
Looking back on my nursing career, I genuinely have so many “pinch me” moments… and sometimes I still can’t believe the places this profession has taken me 🥹
From starting out as a newly qualified nurse in AMU, to spending years in A&E, then moving into agency nursing which opened SO many unexpected doors…
I’ve worked on movie sets working with some incredibly famous actors 🎬, been behind the scenes with Premier League players ⚽️, attended high-profile events, and met more celebrities than I ever imagined 🎤 🪩 — all because of nursing.
And somewhere in between all of that, I built my journey in aesthetics too 💉✨
But no matter where nursing has taken me, the heart of it has always stayed the same — caring for people. Whether it was helping patients through some of their hardest days in hospital, or helping someone feel more confident in themselves through aesthetics, it’s honestly been such a rewarding career.
Nursing has given me opportunities, memories, friendships, resilience, and experiences I’ll carry forever 🤍
