Holistic Healing & Beauty Den

What’s your energy saying for this month.
September always feels like a fresh start for me - kids back at school , routine back and a new season approaching 🍂🍁

Chapter 9️⃣ - welcome !

It’s the last Sunday of August, as we begin to welcome in September , it almost feels like a fresh page. With the kids going back to school all fresh in informs, the gardens will slowly be getting packed away for autumn/winter and the dark nights will soon be here.

Enjoy the bank holiday weekend and get ready for a fresh month.

Happy Sunday. 🤍

Pleased I’ve made the final again.
I placed 2nd Nationally last year … let try for 1st 😬🥰😆

Thanks for continuing to choose me for all your holistic needs.

🌑✨ SOMETHING IS SHIFTING… ✨🌑

Today’s Solar Eclipse isn’t just another date in the calendar.

Energetically, it’s a reset.

You might feel emotional. Restless. Drained. More sensitive than usual… or suddenly VERY clear about what you no longer want.

And that’s because eclipse energy has a way of shining a light on what we’ve been avoiding. 👀

♌️ With this eclipse in Leo, the question is:

Where are you ready to stop shrinking yourself?

Where have you been keeping the peace, silencing your truth or putting everyone else first?

🔥 Your voice matters.
🔥 Your boundaries matter.
🔥 Your happiness matters.
🔥 And your energy is precious.

Numerology adds another layer…

As we’re in the year is the 1
2+0+2+6 reduces to 1

And 1 is the energy of NEW BEGINNINGS.

So if something feels like it’s ending, shifting or falling away right now…

Maybe it isn’t a loss.

Maybe it’s making space. ✨

Don’t force anything today.

Pause. Ground. Journal. Listen to your intuition.

Something new is being created — and it may begin with finally choosing YOU. 🤍

After an amazing time away with my family I’m
Back seeing to all your holistic treatments 🥰

Now the kids have broke up I’ll be taking a week to spend sometime with my family.

Be back soon 🤍

I saw this and had to share ,
If you could pick your perfect day , which would you choose ??

Happy Sunday ☀️
I love me a number 1 but I also love some sunshine …. It would be hard pick

Life can leave us feeling overwhelmed, exhausted and out of sync. Reiki works gently to help rebalance your energy, encouraging a sense of calm, relaxation and inner peace.

When you feel more balanced on the inside, it can make a real difference to how you feel on the outside too. ✨
