A girl who wants more.

A woman who also wants a life outside of work.

Lots of time with my family, lots of little adventures, and lots of time with my girls 🥹🎀

10 years as a Neurology Nurse. 4 years as a medical practitioner in Skin Health.
My treatments have evolved into so much more than facials.
Spending a decade in neurology taught me that the brain and body are never working in isolation.
When I moved into skin health, I couldn’t ignore the patterns I was seeing.
Women living with chronic stress, jaw tension, poor sleep, gut issues and skin that simply wasn’t responding to treatment.
The more I learnt about the connection between the nervous system, inflammation, gut health and skin, the more my approach changed.
I realised I didn’t want to offer quick fixes.
I wanted to create a space where, for one hour, nobody needs anything from you. Where your nervous system can slow down, your body can finally rest, and your skin can function the way it was designed to.
Because time and time again, I’ve seen that when a woman leaves feeling lighter, calmer and more rested...
