✨ A little update...

Just a little heads-up that from 28th August 2026, I will no longer be accepting card payments in the salon.

Turns out the card machine wanted a 47% pay rise... however, I wasn't invited to that meeting and just received an email this morning! 😂

Unfortunately, due to that significant increase in card processing fees, I've made the decision to stop offering card payments rather than pass those extra costs on to my lovely clients.

Payments can still be made by:
🏦 Bank Transfer
💰 Cash (please bring the exact amount where possible, as I am unlikely to have change)

If you book your appointment online through the JENA app, your booking fee will still be paid by card at the time of booking as normal. The remaining balance can then be paid by bank transfer or cash at your appointment.
