💔Important Announcement 💔

It’s with the heaviest of hearts that we share some extremely upsetting and difficult news - the salon will be closing permanently this December.

This is absolutely not what we wanted or envisaged. This was not our choice and sadly the decision has been taken out of our hands.
We have fought so hard to keep our doors open, but due to circumstances beyond our control, we have no power to change what’s happening.

As many of you are aware, small businesses everywhere are facing real challenges right now - challenges that at times feel impossible to overcome. Unfortunately, we have found ourselves in that same position.

🩶Over the past 12.5 wonderful years, we’ve had the privilege of meeting and caring for so many amazing clients. Your love, loyalty, and support have meant the world to us and we really can’t thank you enough!

🩶We also want to extend a big thank you to all our neighbouring businesses. Your support, kindness, and camaraderie over the years have meant so much. We have loved being part of this family of fantastic Chapel Allerton independent businesses, and we sincerely hope that each of you continues to grow, thrive, and prosper!

🩶And to our incredible team - we want to recognise you with the deepest thanks and gratitude. Your hard work, kindness, professionalism and skills have always been seen, valued, and appreciated.
Everything we have achieved has been because of your dedication and the warmth and care you brought to the salon every day.

We are completely devastated, however we would like to stress how truly grateful we are for every single one of you who have been part of our journey.

* The salon will officially close at the end of the day on 24th December.
(Once again this date was not our decision)

* If you have a valid gift card, we would like to recommend these are redeemed between now and 24th December. If this is not possible, please contact the salon and we can arrange a refund.
(Gift cards can be used for treatments or to purchase products)

* Any future bookings beyond 24th December will be cancelled and online booking fee refunded.
