Looking back, I’m not entirely sure how everything fitted into one month.

There were some huge business milestones (250 five-star Treatwell reviews 🤯), the launch of our medical facials, welcoming Matilda to the team, extending my clinic hours and introducing our new Lymphatic Sculpt & Contour Facial.

Away from the clinic there was plenty of DIY, finally buying the Ninja kettle I’ve been talking about forever, spending time at the allotment discovering I’d somehow grown white beetroot by accident, and then attempting to pickle it while trying to hide my suspiciously purple fingers from everyone at the salon!

I also celebrated another birthday surrounded by family, friends and my wonderful team, and I’m already busy preparing for my next teaching session in September.

Running a business isn’t just treatments and social media—it’s long days, decorating, admin, studying, gardening, far too much tea and squeezing family time into every spare moment.
