Facial balancing starts with identifying where proportion is being lost ⤵️
For this patient, the focus was on improving balance through the lower face while keeping the result subtle and natural 😍😍
Her main concern was that the lower lip appeared to lose definition and projection in comparison with the upper lip. We used 0.75ml of dermal filler across the lips to improve symmetry, support the lower lip and create a more proportionate overall shape 👄
We also treated the chin with 0.5ml of filler to improve the shadowing created by the central dimple and soften the lateral depressions, helping to create a smoother, more balanced lower-face profile!
The key with this type of treatment is assessment, anatomy and precise product placement…… not simply adding more volume ✅
