✈️ You can easily get that sun-kissed glow without damaging your skin on holiday. Believe me the tan isn’t worth it. ☀️= 👵
Protect your skin and do what I do as a 42 year old skin therapist and get that natural glow.
⛑️Always use SPF- my go to Smartblend. It’s tinted and acts as the perfect primer or standalone product.
🫦On my lips I use Nivea spf30 and add a gloss over the top.
👙Tanning drops beach glow drops are the best I’ve ever used (and I’ve tried a lot) I add a few drops to my nighttime moisturiser.
🌟Extra glow, mix in a small amount of sunny serum with your SPF, I’ve used Champagne. It has a slight shimmer but not too much which I find perfect.
🩷Blush adds highlight to those all important cheekbones. My go to for the summer is multitasker blush n brush in Cotton Candy, lasts all day and isn’t cakey. (We don’t want product sitting on our skin.)
💧Hydration is very important. Your skin literally needs it to be its best. If you’re like me and slightly partial to a cocktail 🍹on holiday then putting back those essential electrolytes and minerals is a must. My favourite is in elderberry.

It’s not bad luck. It’s biology.
Those monthly chin spots happen because:
1️⃣ Your lower face has the most hormone-sensitive oil glands
2️⃣ Once a pore gets inflamed, it’s easier to clog again
3️⃣ Progesterone + androgens week 3 = oil surge
The fix isn’t to attack it when it’s angry. It’s to prevent the clog 7-10 days before your period.

These 4 ingredients are everywhere right now... but most people using them have no idea why.
As a qualified aesthetician, I’m not here for trends. I’m here for results that don’t compromise your skin barrier.
Peptides 🔗 = messengers that tell your skin to firm up
Polynucleotides 🧬 = repair crew for deep hydration + healing
Exosomes 📡 = delivery drones sending “calm down + renew” signals
Azelaic Acid 🕊️ = peacekeeper for spots, pigmentation + redness
No chemistry degree needed. No 10-step routine.
Just the right ingredients, prescribed for your skin.

You’ve been taking collagen for months and… nothing.
It’s not you. It’s your method.
Collagen needs 3 things to actually work for your skin:
→ Direction (microneedling)
→ Stabiliser (L-Ascorbic Acid)
→ The right type (Type 1 Marine, hydrolysed)
Think of it like baking a cake. Collagen is the flour. But without the recipe? You just have a mess.

If your skincare suddenly stopped “working” in your 40s, you’re not imagining it.
Cortisol fluctuations in perimenopause change how your skin behaves.
The fix isn’t more actives — it’s understanding what your skin’s asking for now.
Save this if it feels familiar. 💛

If your skincare stings, flakes off, or suddenly stops working… it’s probably not your products.
It’s your barrier.
I see this every week: clients come in with “sensitive skin” or “hormonal acne” but the real issue is they’ve scrubbed, shaved, or acid-ed their skin’s defense system into shutdown.
Here’s the truth:
Your barrier is like the roof on your house. If you keep ripping shingles off to “deep clean,” don’t be shocked when it starts leaking.
The fix isn’t another serum. It’s stopping what’s breaking it.
Most people need around 4 weeks of boring, basic skincare before their skin can handle anything active again.
If slide 2 felt personal, your barrier is asking for help.
I don’t do one-size-fits-all, because “compromised” looks different on everyone. Some of you need to quit actives. Some need to add moisturiser. Some need to stop washing with boiling water.
Not sure which one you are? DM me “BARRIER” and tell me what your skin’s doing right now. I’ll tell you if it’s a barrier issue and what your first step should be.
Collagen supplements sound great in theory. But after 20+ years as an esthetician, I’ve seen what actually gets results.
Microneedling triggers your skin to make its own collagen, right where you need it. No guesswork about absorption or dosage.
That’s why I recommend my Skinstorm facial — it’s collagen induction therapy that works with your body, not around it.
