"Do I need to be flexible to start?" Absolutely not.
Pilates is designed to meet your anatomy exactly where it stands today, progressively building deep structural strength and mobility over time.
Dedicating just 1 to 2 sessions a week to your reformer practice yields massive, tangible changes to how your body navigates everyday life. From regaining effortless flexibility to improving basic daily movements, consistency transforms your physical reality.
No experience required. No baseline flexibility needed. Just the dedication to begin.

An open confession: we are always looking at your posture.
When you live and breathe physical alignment, the posture scan never actually shuts down. From quietly assessing the strides of strangers on the street, to constantly roping three very patient sisters into the studio to act as test subjects for new reformer sequences—the pursuit of perfect movement is a 24/7 reality.
We call it an occupational hazard; our family probably calls it a mild obsession. Either way, it means every single class you book is guided by someone completely, beautifully consumed by the mechanics of how your body moves.
Have your family or friends started catching you critiquing their posture since you started Pilates? Let us know we aren’t the only ones in the comments. 👇✨
Respect the process over the final posture.
The Teaser is a complex, multi-system movement that requires deep abdominal strength, spinal mobility, and absolute focus. If you're hitting a wall with yours, the smartest step is to regress to progress.
We’re breaking down the essential, layered adjustments you can introduce to your practice today to build a strong, stable foundation for your full Teaser.
Looking for personal alignment feedback? Our instructors are trained to scale every exercise to your body's current needs. Book your next reformer session via the link in our bio. 🤍
An open truth about our studio: there is no dress code for progress.
Joggers, baggy tees, or compression wear—if it allows your body to find its full range of motion without restriction, it belongs on the mat. Our focus is locked onto your spinal alignment and core engagement, not your outfit.
Just remember to slide a pair of grip socks into your gear bag before you head out the door to ensure absolute stability and safety on the carriage.
What is your go-to, most comfortable movement outfit? Let us know in the comments below. 👇✨
